Jewelry Packaging User Demand Analysis Based on Fuzzy Kano Model

China’s jewelry sales maintain a good momentum of annual growth, and consumption potential is huge. However, packaging design faced many problems. Even through China has brands, the poorly designed. The fundamental reason lies in lack targeted detailed analysis research, only to meet functional use. Fuzzy front-end suitable for initial stage product determines success or failure design. In view uncertain factors, such as consumer demand, technical characteristics, competitive environment that need be considered design, this paper takes products, fuzzy research objects, analyzes existing problems, makes quantitative by using methods questionnaire survey, brainstorming, scenario analysis. Rough set theory Kano Model are used classify analyze user demand information determine realization opportunity. Finally, ideas topic formed, corresponding models ring put forward verified examples, so form method improve quality
